Han påminner om någon storartad filosof eller författare.....Franz Kafka, Frantz Fannon,Jean-Paul Sartre och Simon De Beauvoir.o.s.v.

Han är också jätte ödmjuk....men fortsätter att fascineras av människan och hennes livsvillkor.

Kwame Touré känner igen sig i ensamhetens labyrint gentemot den stora världen han inte kan träda ur frivilligt. Han kommer att vara tillfreds när Tourialismen härskar i världen....

Jag måste dock först finna min plats i det kollektiva tillståndet och den allmänna förvirringen utan att göra avkall på individualismen....går det???

Another view of Eritrea

This Monday, the so called independent media sources' dependency was once again demonstrated. I counted to almost 20 of the internationally most influential media agenices publishing an identical and very brief text claiming "armed mutineers seized the information ministry in Asmara, Eritrea". On Tuesday the same media sources announced that the "calm had returned to Asmara". The identical reporting and very often publishing of the exact same text based on the same sources, mainly based outside the concerned region, proves once again that all media sources are dependent, in this case of each other, and that it's your responsibility as a reader to search for a more nuanced view of the story. It's a fact that news reporting from Eritrea is restricted. To emigrate or not to emigrate

The first snow is falling. Not craving for attention but yet perfectly aware of the beautiful scenery they cause, the complex, white crystals slowly fall to the frozen ground. Despite having experienced the drama for many years, I can stand for hours watching this peaceful process. The four seasons, when distinctly shown, is one of the most inspiring aspects of this country. I have, however, always envied people who have a strong connection to another country, being born and raised elsewhere, having relatives abroad or having lived abroad for a long period. These people have always talked about a (second) "homeland" to which they sometime would gladly “return” and genuinely discover. After 32 years in Sweden, I feel less at home than ever.
